Biogas Upgrading
Tailored TurnKey Solutions on Biogas Upgrading
InoMob Designs, Develops and Operates tailored made Biogas Upgrading Systems, integrating a highly efficient world-leading membrane separation technology capable of delivering >99% methane yields.
Containarised turn-key biogas upgrading systems, allow for continuous remote monitoring and process optimization, improving energy efficiency and enhance biomethane production, delivering peace of mind.
Biogas Upgrading as a Service allows InoMob to act as an Energy Service Company (ESCo) enabling biogas producers to focus on their core business while InoMob takes on the investment, development, and maintenance of the biogas upgrading system.

The 3-Stage Biogas Upgrading Process
1. Membrane Pre-Treatment Process
Following a first stage compression, biogas is dehumidified through a condensation process, filtered, and re-heated to reach membrane optimal temperatures/pressure conditions necessary for the CO2 separation.
2. Separating CO2 using Membrane Technology
A 3-stage Membrane Separation process is used for biogas purification, separating CO2 and other impurities from the final BioMethane stream.
3. High Pressure BioMethane Compression
Exploiting an oil-free biomethane high pressure (250 barg) compression cycle, bio Compressed Natural Gas (bioCNG) is injected into our moile storage and refueling units (virtual grid) ready for distribution to the final consumer.
